Initiate Your Return

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
